The protesters overturned the fences and confronted shoving with the Federal Police and Gendarmerie personnel who were deployed in the area to enforce the anti-picket protocol. Federal forces used a water truck to discourage the protest. The Federal Police is in charge of the operation at Congress, while the City Police was located in a third security cordon, police sources told the Noticias Argentina agency.
